The aim of the study program Food engineering and food safety is education of technology engineers in the area of production and trade of safe food. Purpose of this study program is educating and preparing experts for direct involvement in different fields of food production. Upon finished studies students can independently organize work and control technology processes in food and beverage production. Also, students can manage quality control of food and work as food production public counselors, public administration and in the areas of education and technological development..
